RETURN POLICY We hope you love the product you purchased from us. If you do not like your new purchase, you can return it within 7 days with the receipt or order confirmation. If you received a damaged or faulty or the wrong item, our vendors are happy to refund or exchange where available. When making your purchase, ensure you collect your invoice when buying directly from the vendor, test the product if you are buying from the seller’s physical shop, and ask for the seller's return policy before you pay. Tienda26 will not be held responsible for any faulty or fake item bought at the physical store of the seller. Please note that we do not accept items that have been removed from their original packages. How to return your item Contact the seller via the seller's contact page to let them know that you wish to return or exchange the item. Package the item and send it back to the seller within 7 days and let us know that you wish to cancel your order and return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of the waybill when returning your product. As the payment agent, we will process the refund or exchange. This will take 7 to 14 days after the product has been returned.
